All conference registrations must be completed through the ISHW26 online registration system. This requirement applies to both participants and accompanying persons.
If you plan to bring an accompanying person, please use your personal account to submit both registrations. Each registration must be submitted separately, and each will generate its own confirmation, invoice, and payment.
Please note that the presenting author must be registered for the contribution to be definitively included in the scientific program. Registration is considered complete once the conference fee has been received.
REGISTRATION FEES
Fees:
- Early Registration (until 27 February 2026): 575€ (VAT included).
- Late Registration (from 28 February until 24 March 2026): 650€ (VAT included).
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions and the exhibition area.
- Welcome reception.
- Coffee breaks during the conference days.
- Conference dinner.
- Visit to the Córdoba Mosque.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEE
Fee: 250€.
The accompanying person registration includes:
- Welcome reception.
- Conference dinner.
- Visit to the Córdoba Mosque.
PAYMENT METHOD
Two payment methods are available:
- Bank transfer
- Online payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe)
Payments by bank transfer must include the participant´s full name and the following payment reference: ISHW-2026. All fees must be paid in EUR, free of all bank charges (i.e.,the sender is responsible for covering any transfer fees).
The final invoice will be issued in accordance with the information provided during registration and will be emailed to you once your registration has been confirmed and payment has been received in full.
If your institution requires a pro forma invoice, please indicate this in the comments section in the registration form and send an email to info@ishw2026.com.
Important warning: The registration will be cancelled if payment is not received within 15 days from the date of registration. If your institution requires an extended payment period, please inform us in advance.
If you must include a purchase order number on the invoice, please specify it during the registration process in the corresponding field.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Until February 27, 2026: 80% refund of the registration fee.
- FromFebruary 28 to March 20, 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- After March 20 2026, refund requests will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed after the conference
Force Majeure Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances, such as a pandemic or government restrictions, the organisers reserve the right to retain a portion of the registration fee to cover non-recoverable costs already incurred.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
- Create an account with your personal details and log in using the credentials you have just set up.
- Complete and submit the registration form. You can check the status of your registration at any time under “My Account / Registration”.
- Your personal area (“My Account”) will display all your registrations for ISHW-2026, including any submitted scientific communications.
- Your registration will be confirmed once the Technical Secretariat has verified the payment. A confirmation email, including the corresponding invoice, will be issued thereafter.
- The Attendance Certificate will be sent to you by email in digital format once the conference has concluded.
