ISHW 2026 offers a poster printing service for accepted poster contributions. This service allows you to submit your poster in advance and collect it directly at the conference venue.
Before completing the form, please read the following instructions carefully:
Eligibility
This service is available only for accepted poster contributions. You must provide your official Poster ID as assigned after abstract acceptance.
Poster Format
The poster must be uploaded as a print-ready PDF file. Maximum size: A0 vertical format (0.841 m width × 1.189 m height). Only one PDF file is allowed. Please ensure that the file is final and correctly formatted for printing.
Submission Deadline
The deadline to upload your poster file is 12 April 2026. Files submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed for printing.
Fee
The poster printing fee is 40€ (VAT included). You may choose between:
• Bank transfer
• Credit card payment (Stripe platform)
Your request will be processed once the payment has been received and verified. If paying by card, confirmation may take up to 5 business days due to processing times.
Billing Information
Complete all billing fields accurately. The invoice will be issued based strictly on the information provided in this form. If your institution requires a purchase order, include the reference number and attach any relevant documentation.
Collection at the Venue
Printed posters will be available for collection either at the Technical Secretariat desk or already displayed in the poster area at the conference venue during ISHW 2026.
